Two doulas. Two hearts. Two sets of listening ears. Two keen pairs of eyes.
Two birth experts to accompany you on your unique journey.

We were never meant to do this work alone. Birthwork has always been community centered. Partner Doula Care is how we remember to walk alongside people the way birth deserves~ with your doula being fully present, devoted, and sustained.

Beyond having a rested and ready doula on your birth day, you have team collaborating on your care. I partner with doulas I deeply trust. These are the mujeres whose values, instincts and care I’d want at my own birth. Below, meet the doulas I currently partner with.

Zulmy Galindo

Hi! I’m Zulmy Galindo, a certified birth and postpartum doula and owner of Mama Nueva. Becoming a parent inspired me to pursue this work as I experienced how powerful and transformative the birthing process is. Being a doula has brought me so much joy. I believe that connecting with and supporting families during such a vulnerable and important time in their lives, providing access to care, educating and overall empowering birthing people is truly fundamental for healthy maternal/ birthing outcomes. I am the proud mama of a magical 5 year old. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, reading, listening to podcasts, and baking. I was born in Guatemala and moved to the states when I was 7 years old. Spanish is my first language. I got a Bachelors in Marketing at Missouri State University and moved to Austin shortly thereafter. I have been married for 5 years to a man that makes me laugh :) I look forward to working with you and your family!

Mazahuatl Martinez

(she/her/ella)

Jailee Mazahuatl Martínez is a bilingual birth and postpartum doula serving families throughout their perinatal journey—from conception through pregnancy, birth, and into parenthood. She offers guidance, education, and a warm, nurturing presence, creating space for families to feel informed, supported, and connected to their own intuition and choices.

Her work is rooted in holistic and cultural traditions from Mexico that honor the long-term health and well-being of the birthing person, alongside evidence-based care and deep respect for individual autonomy. She believes families deserve support that honors both ancestral birth wisdom and modern knowledge, while always centering the unique needs, values, and choices of each family.

Alongside her doula work, Mazahuatl offers placenta encapsulation and sobadas—traditional Mexican bodywork that supports physical and energetic balance during the childbearing years.

As a mother of two, wife, and comadre, Mazahuatl understands firsthand the depth of family life and the profound transitions that accompany becoming and growing a family. Her own experiences have deepened her understanding of how meaningful it is to have compassionate, grounded support during these transformative seasons.

Her work in the birth space is also deeply influenced by her relationship with ceremony and community. Through years of participating in ancestral ceremonies, firekeeping, personal reflection and healing work, and serving as a ceremonial space holder within her community, she has learned to approach birth and postpartum as sacred passages deserving of presence, reverence, and care. Honoring the many teachers and lineages who have guided her, she carries this collective wisdom into the homes and spaces of the families she serves.

Mazahuatl brings together ancestral knowledge, contemporary birth education, and professional doula care with warmth and heart. Her intention is to help each family feel held, informed, and empowered as they move through one of life’s most profound transitions.

When she isn’t with a client, mothering, or spending time in community, she enjoys sewing, running, and spending time at the sacred springs of Ajeyac Wana in San Marcos, Texas.

Chantelle Bacigalupo

(she/her/ella)

My name is Chantelle Bacigalupo, I’m a bilingual full-spectrum doula and storyteller moved by the deep ancestral and collective healing possible when we hold mothers through the sacred rite of passage of pregnancy & childbirth. As a birthworker, my approach bridges medical knowledge and inner knowing — offering evidence-based information, space for deep reflection, and gentle guidance so you can feel supported and empowered as you navigate the unfolding of pregnancy and childbirth. Deeply connected to my roots in the Amazon and Andes of Bolivia, I am passionate about honoring the birthing parents’ language, cultural practices, and ancestors through the journey.

Alongside my birthwork, I also offer maternity & birth photography. I’ve had the profound privilege of witnessing the tender threshold of the motherhood journey, and my photography is rooted in that same spirit of bearing witness and capturing these sacred moments into tangible memories you can have forever.

Outside of birthwork, you'll find me writing poetry, dancing to cumbia, and spending time by the water with the people I love.
